i-Timesheet does not monitor this Site at all times, but reserves the right to do so. We take no responsibility for any material input by others and not posted by i-Timesheet. User acknowledges and agrees that user is solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by the user on Resume. Employers are solely responsible for their postings in the Jobs Database. We are not responsible for the content of any other Websites linked to the Site; links are provided as Internet navigation tools only. i-Timesheet does not warrant or guarantee that a resume or job description shall be viewed by any specific number of users, or that it will be viewed by any specific user. 

4. Acceptable Site Use 
(a) Specific Prohibited Uses.
Individuals may use the i-Timesheet Site only for lawful purposes. i-Timesheet specifically prohibits any use of this Site, and requires all users to agree not to use this Site, for any of the following: 

(i) Do Not post any incomplete, false or inaccurate information or information which is not your own. Do not post information such as opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise. 

(ii) Do Not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.

(b) Web Site Rules. 
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of i-Timesheet, including, without limitation, (i) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which such user is not authorized to access, (ii) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (iii) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, or (v) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. i-Timesheet will investigate occurrences, which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

(c) General Rules.
Users may not use this Site in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material (i) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (ii) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity or other personal rights of others, or (iii) that is libelous obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful. 

5. Suspension, Termination 
Any user which i-Timesheet determines to have violated any element of these Acceptable Site Use Rules may receive a written warning, and will be subject at our discretion to a temporary suspension of service pending such user's agreement in writing to refrain from any further violations; provided, however, that if we deem it necessary, we may immediately suspend or terminate such user's service without issuing such a warning. Users, which we determine to have committed a second violation of any element of these Acceptable Site Use Rules, shall be subject to immediate suspension or termination of services without further notice.

6. Use by Minors
Users between the ages of 16 and 18 should be certain they ask their parent's consent before using i-Timesheet and providing any personally identifiable information.
