Access through Internet: i-Timesheet.com is a real time dynamic web application and it runs on any standard web browser. It can be utilized for both in-house employees and for those working at client sites. Enterprises can add any number of users, clients, departments or projects with the ability to create multiple relations between employees, clients, departments and projects regardless of their physical locations.

 

User-friendly interface: i-Timesheet.com has been designed to provide user-friendly interfaces, so users can access data and functions in the easiest way. Flexible features are incorporated to improve the utilization of the system. One of these features is the flexibility in defining timesheet cycles, which can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and bi-monthly. Timesheet entry is dynamically formatted depending upon this timesheet cycle selection at the enterprise level. Individual Users (employees/consultants) can have access and control over their timesheets, and can edit or modify timesheets prior to submission for electronic approval. Designated Users (Project Managers or Supervisors) can view timesheets from anywhere and approve or reject them electronically.

 
Multilevel Security and Access: Multilevel security keeps out all unauthorized access to the system and gives specific access rights to users depending upon the category they belong. I-Timesheet also uses Secured Socket Layer (SSL) access to encrypt data transferred between the system and the users browser.
 
Multilevel Reporting: Reports are generated depending on the users access privileges and functions that are allowed for this user. Reports for employee time details, non-productive time, non-available time, timesheet status and projects can be generated for a timesheet cycle period or for user defined time intervals.
 
Hierarchical Department Structure: i-Timesheet.com can maintain a multi-level company/department hierarchy, which also enables the control of timesheet entry and approval procedures of sub level entities in the hierarchy.
 

Central Management: The system is maintained by the system administrator, who is responsible of the whole operation at the company level. This user has the privilege to setup and configure the components of the application. Users determined by the super user can also be assigned all or part of the administrative privileges

 
Management of off site employees: With i-Timesheet companies can manage the time and attandance of employees working at client sites. Supervisors or project managers of clients can be added into the system as users and can review timesheets related to their projects.
 
Transfers: Personnel in the system can be transferred between departments on a permanent or temporary basis.
